Negative thought forms and protection

   Hi! This post will also be something that I had learned from the Anne Jones’ workshop and would like to share with you.

Thoughts like all in this world is a form of energy. Good thoughts send out high vibrational energies while negative thoughts send out low vibrational energies. Thoughts when they are directed to someone can affect them. In some way we receive these thought energies and like the ripples formed in a still pond when a pebble is thrown in, we will feel its effect whether we realize it or not.

That is why when we hear of someone who isn’t doing well or going for an important interview, we wish them all the best and we send  prayers and good thoughts to them.

When we have sad or angry thoughts about ourselves that becomes a form of negative thought form as well. We direct these thoughts to ourselves and as we do, sometimes it affects those around us as well.

When we worry about someone, the same occurs. Worry is a “form of negative expectation”. It’s hard not to worry either, so I guess the best we can do is to balance it out by not worrying too much and sending out a double dose of good vibes!

What happens when we receive these negative thought forms?

Well, they stick to our aura (our energy fields), like little black / dark blobs. The problem with this is that as more and more negative thoughts are directed to us (either by us or by someone else) it makes our aura weaker. According to Anne, these thought forms can also flow out and join the darkness of mass consciousness.

Burdens also form negative thought forms. Burdens that we take on off others, responsibilities we feel have been forced on us, expected from others and a sense of dreaded duty.

All these negative energies will invariably build up and block our aura. It’s like imagining an artery that’s been clogged up with plaque. It blocks the smooth flow of blood to a particular organ like the heart which then would lead to the death of the heart tissue causing a heart attack.

    1. Hey Tom! Thanks for the feedback. I’m trying to make it a point to use the blue flame every day and it does feel good. Let me know how the tree with chains thing works out for you!
