One Lovely Blog Award

and seven things about me.

This award was given to me by Sage … yes, I too notice a pattern here..LOL!

Thank you Sage for nominating me and it’s such a pretty award too! All pink and lovely πŸ˜€

Now for the rules..ahem.

*copies and pastes* – because I’m smart like that (read as lazy)

The rules of this award are:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you (manners, people! manners!)
  2. Add the β€œOne Lovely Blog Award” image to your post.
  3. Share 7 things about you.
  4. Pass the award on to seven nominees
  5. Include this set of rules (important, otherwise confusion and mass hysteria ensues)
  6. Inform your nominees by posting a comment on their blogs.

Seven things about me

Hmm…

1. I’m a leftie and proud of it! My sister and I are both left-handed, my parents on the other hand are both right-handed.

2. I only learned to drive at the ripe old age of 25. I was terrified of getting lost and drivers in KL (Kuala Lumpur) are horrible…well most of them..hehe

3. I always get confused with which way is left or right! So I need to picture where the heart is and the liver is on a person before I can tell which side is where. An advantage of learning anatomy, I suppose.

4. I love dogs and puppies! I also love wolves…though I’ve never seen one in real or know much about them…I just love them! I love puppy smells too..

5. I’m terrified of insects, except for ladybugs, ants and flies…all others cause me to go into an anxiety attack, palpitations, sweating and the works.

6. Interestingly I’ve been told that I’ve had a few past lives where I’ve killed myself, usually by drowning (last count is three times!) due to relationships, been a gay man, died of starvation as a little child, a warrior in China, someone who abused his power with crystals in Atlantis and a Cathar.

7. I’ve had a total of two bad experiences with negative energies or forces that I can remember. The first one was some years ago. I was having a sweet dream of the man of my dreams (literally speaking) telling me that “I was his angel” at which point he turned into some form of the Devil who then “smiled” at me telling me that I was his! At that very instant, I felt a cold hand gripping my left ankle. I woke up and didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. The other was just recently…just let’s say I have a very good idea as to how it feels to be possessed by a very angry, violent and disturbing spirit – though it was a dream..it really wasn’t…..

On that merry little note, these are my nominees (and again no pressure for them to participate)

Lady Pen from Poems ‘n’ Stuff

Kelly Graham from kellygrahamartist

Anyes from Far Away in the Sunshine

Kim from Whispering Fields

Nancy from Spirit Lights the Way

Diane from Diane Henders

Sindy from bluebutterfliesandme

They are all lovely people and have lovely blogs too!!

Actually ALL the people whose blogs I follow are all lovely people and I’m really glad to have “met” each one of them πŸ˜€

  2. Hey, congratulations once again, Shree!
I’m intrigued about your past lives… and your possession (although not as much!). Do you know any further details about them (your past lives, that is)… Atlantis and China ‘spoke’ to me when I read your post.

    1. Well…not much. One came up during a tarot card reading and the other during a clearing / healing session. The one in China..I was a soldier or someone of higher rank and I was not a very nice person. I lead my men into villages and burned, killed and I would think raped…you know the stuff of villains in history? I carried a lot of guilt from some of my past lives….and have been working to cut the chords from them.
As for the one in Atlantis….I was a man of high standing or something…uhmm..Autocrats? I think that’s what she said. And I worked with crystal energies..and …yup….used them against people too! Sigh….

  3. HI there Shree, I enjoyed reading the 7 items of very interesting info above, I have trouble knowing left from right too, (I wonder if ’tis a female trait ?) … I once gave some poor stranger directions, I think he’s probably still lost… I can be very, very inventive… πŸ˜‰ … You gave me the shivers describing your dreams, aren’t they so, so vivid? I’ve woken from many a nightmare, scared and in the dark, so much so that I now leave the blinds fully open so the street light can banish any fears. … Thank you too, for the nomination…very much appreciated my friend, you’re as lovely as the Lovely Blog Award states… I leave it there tho, ‘ ‘cos it takes me forever to complete a poem, never mind describe myself … hehe!!… ’tis an impossible task… warmest of hugs… xPenx

Yes..both these “nightmares” were SO vivid…the second one though didn’t even seem like a dream..it’s hard to explain…

  4. Thank you and congratulations again! I’ve done a few of these, so I cheated and linked back to previous posts. Not exactly as instructed, I know, but I like to think it’s the thought that counts… πŸ™‚

And yes it was…both were scary…but the second time was worse…I can’t really explain it…I know I was sleeping and I didn’t do the things I did…BUT at the same time, I was. It was a nightmare…I mean..kinda..but at the same time it wasn’t. The first time was different because I knew that it was a dream.
