Recently I (and Youtube and the iMovie program) nearly drove me up the wall while trying to work on something. Thankfully I figured a way to get it done by using a free audio upload site called yourlisten, and because I honestly did not like Youtube and iMovie making me want to pull my hair out, I fiddled with it some more wanting to show them that I *could* do it! – use the program to make a video and upload it on Youtube. I was determined to do it, even if it took me a gazillion hours . (On a side note, it sometimes amazes me at the things I tend to be persistent about and those things that I give up on)
So after experimenting further with iMovie and watching loads of helpful Youtube videos….I made my own! It’s a first attempt and probably not very smoothly done, but I’m still quite happy with it π
For those who have been reading this blog, you might have kinda noticed how “gaga” I’ve been about the Edgar Cayce readings. Well, in the book The Story of Edgar Cayce : There is a River by Thomas Sugrue, there is the story of our souls.
It is an amazing read and it starts from Creation right to the creation of Adam and Eve and it goes on to explain karma and how astrology really is not the effect of the planets on us, but more of how our life journeys are represented by the planetary system.
Wanting to blog about it for some time, I didn’t know how to go about it…whether to write it up based on my understanding or to just copy it out as a post or something…well, I decided instead to take this opportunityΒ to instead record the beginning of the story !
So, here it is π An excerpt from the story of the soul journey taken from the book The Edgar Cayce Story: There is a River by Thomas Sugrue; A.R.E. Publications, pp 306 – 3012.
The above story was just the beginning! There are 10 more pages of this amazing story which takes us through how we developed what we call our conscious and subconscious mind, how our past lives affect us, the concept of free will and predestination.
Hope you enjoyed it π

Thanks Tom π The Story of the Soul is an excerpt from another book…the autobiography of Edgar Cayce. But the book which I did do the review on also has the story, just written in a different way. It’s still a fascinating read π

Shree couldn’t wait to be able to log on line here and tell you how much I enjoyed this video and your lovely voice. I listened on Sunday, via my mobile, in fact i nearly ran my battery down LOL, so interested was I when I was listening… You have done an excellent job of putting the video together and I so loved the content which I related to.. Edgar Cayce was a man beyond his time, who reached across the divide …
Many thanks for this and I am now going to save in my YouTube π
