An idea that came while waiting, about a poem in honour of our chakras.
In her book, The Diary of a Psychic by Sonia Choquette, she shares with the reader some of the lessons that she learned from her teacher, Charlie. One of the lessons or tips that he imparts to her is that the Lord’s Prayer can be used as a way to tune the seven main chakras or energy centers with in a person.
She shares the about, but not the how.
I found it really interesting and am planning to use it as well. So I thought I’d just do a little how – to post on it 🙂
It is only when we silent the blaring sounds of our daily existence that we can finally hear the whispers of truth that life reveals to us, as it stands knocking on the doorsteps of our hearts. ~K.T. Jong
It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see. ~Henry David Thoreau
If you tell the truth you don’t have to remember anything. ~Mark Twain
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
The words “I am” are potent words; be careful what you hitch them to. The thing you’re claiming has a way of reaching back and claiming you. ~A.L. Kitselman
The truest expression of a people is in its dance and in its music. Bodies never lie. ~Agnes de Mille
To me the simplified understanding of chakras is that they are the main energy centers in our bodies. They relate to different aspects of ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; and the seven main chakras reside along a straight line from the base of our spine to the crown. Each has its own specific function and significance.
I did a “Chakra Series” of my interpretation of the seven main chakra centers and thought to share a little of what I know and what I could find in the Internet about them! The website ChakraEnergy.com has a lot of information on the chakras and the tables and information I’ll be using here will be from that site.
