Inner Martial Arts Meditation is a 4 lesson course that teaches us the basic of our life force or Chi, how to perceive the Chi or energies that surround us and also gives the participant a set of mantras to practice daily.

This is a project paper that I had to do for the course I’m taking. Thought I’d share it here as well.
As usual I had to compare it to something so I took the example of an air conditioning unit…the air conditioning unit in my room to be more exact! I really need to get it cleaned – the poor thing is turned down to it’s lowest temperature but the air in my room isn’t even cool!
To err is human, to forgive is Divine; this is something that I and I’m sure most everyone has heard before. I’ve no idea who coined that, when, why, where or how…maybe from the Bible?
